EEI conducts formal inspections of construction sites covered under the Construction General Permit Implement the Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) developed for NPDES General Permit.  Our Specialists maintain all records required to document compliance or non-compliance with the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit and draft the annual summary report for agency review.  We review construction design projects for compliance with various laws, regulations and permits, mainly with respect to potential increases in the quantity or quality of storm water flows.
