Spill Prevention, Storage Tanks and POL
EEI’s
Compliance Specialists provide technical program management
for Installation Contingency Planning, Spill Response,
Compliance Clean-Up Support, Petroleum Storage Tanks and
Fuels Management.
As part of those tasks, we review and update Spill
Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans, provide
oversight of Spill Response Programs including training and
emergency response, clean-up and reporting procedures. We
also manage all inventories, registrations, and other
required records and documentation for past and present
petroleum storage tanks.
Our team
provides
regulatory and technical support in assisting and
maintaining the Compliance Cleanup Programs. This support
includes Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments of 1984
(HSWA), Defense and State Memorandum of Agreement (DSMOA),
Remedial Action Cost Engineering and Requirements (RACER)
estimates, Cost-to-Complete Documentation for Installation
Restoration Program (IRP) sites, Installation Action Plan
(IAP) Workshop Support and Document Preparation, Data Call
Support, Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) Support,
Groundwater Monitoring Program and reviews of annual
reports, general Resource Conservation and Recovery Act
(RCRA) Operating Issues, RCRA Corrective Action quarterly
reporting of progress, and Army Environmental
Database-Restoration (AEDB-R) Accuracy Review.
