INTEGRATED TRAINING AREA MANAGEMENT (ITAM) and SUSTAINABLE RANGE PROGRAMS (SRP)

We have provided similar support under the ITAM Support Contract since 1999, to include ITAM program management, Training Requirements Integration (TRI), Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance (LRAM), Geographic Information System (GIS), Range and Training Land Assessment (RTLA), and Sustainable Range Awareness (SRA) support consistent with Army Regulation 350-4, Integrated Training Area Management, and Army Regulation 350-19, The Sustainable Range Program.

The Army's ITAM programs encompass a wide variety of scientific disciplines, skills and knowledge.  We have assisted SRP installations with building and enhancing a progressive, proactive ITAM program that uses sound science and Best Management Practices to manage their training areas and ranges.

EEI brings an excellent reputation for providing installations with highly qualified personnel in support of ITAM program coordination, TRI, LRAM, GIS, RTLA and SRA support.  They currently provide these services to Fort Bragg and other installations such as Fort Campbell and Fort Irwin.  We draw on our installation training area management breadth and depth of experience to provide direct support and outstanding reach-back capabilities to our personnel in the field and the entire SRP community.

EEI uses corporate and individual staff expertise to implement ITAM program coordination, managing the TRI, LRAM, RTLA and SRA program pillars and integrating the GIS program to meet the challenges of training, testing, transformation and encroachment on Army training lands and ranges.  We provide personnel and technical support to installation Range and Training Operations at all levels, from management to field work.  We support the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Major Army Commands (MACOMs), and IMA Regions’ SRP through policy development, specialized analysis and development and implementation of models and processes.  Our proven experience, flexibility, and knowledge of the program at all levels are clear indicators of our understanding of the overall requirements.
