Hazardous Materials and Waste

EEI Compliance Specialists provide the management and technical assistance necessary to support hazardous material and hazardous waste regulatory requirements including development and implementation of management plans, tracking and maintaining records of waste generation, insuring that all waste is properly stored, inventoried, manifested, transported and/or disposed in accordance with applicable regulations. 

We also provide the technical assistance necessary to support Hazardous Waste Storage Facilities and their obligation to meet federal, state and local compliance requirements.

EEI’s team has also operated and maintained installation level Hazardous Waste Accumulation Facilities (HWAFs) in cooperation with other government personnel. Operations included pick up, delivery, labeling, receiving, processing, packaging, consolidating containers, storing, shipping Solid Wastes (SWs), Hazardous Wastes (HWs), Non-Hazardous Wastes (NHWs), Hazardous Substances (HSs), Hazardous Materials (HMs), Hazardous Chemicals (HCs), and items containing Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs).
