ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE

Our Environmental Services team supports and manages compliance needs associated with federal, state and local regulatory environmental requirements. Our services include initiatives to ensure compliance with all aspects of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA)/ Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and the Clean Air Act.  Our compliance initiatives support program areas such as solid waste, hazardous waste, storage tanks, landfills, air quality, water quality, audits and record management.

Our team also provides experience with Long Term Management (LTM) or Operations including field data sampling via surface water, ground water, sedimentation, soils and air. We ensure the customer is compliant by performing field and laboratory analyses, surveying, modeling of various contaminants and comparing monitoring and modeling results to the remedial action objectives that are generally outlined in a decision document, monitoring plan or applicable regulatory standards.
