Environmental Administrative Support

 

EEI provides administrative assistance support to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.  This support includes: establishing and maintaining proper distribution of correspondence for review and comment; monitoring due dates to ensure environmental actions are completed in the required timeframes; coordinating, tracking, processing, and retrieval of environmental files; and maintaining personnel training records and requirements to ensure compliance with federal regulations.

 

We also provide general office administrative assistance by receiving visitors and telephone calls; keeping calendars and scheduling meetings; developing, maintaining and updating audio visual presentations; taking meeting notes; making travel arrangements; composing office correspondence and determining the specific formatting required for each document; maintaining equipment records and managing service calls for office equipment; stocking supplies; and mail distribution.

 

Our staff are proficient in the use of several office automation systems including, word-processing, database management, presentation graphic applications, time keeping applications, and travel applications for creating travel orders and vouchers.
