Engineering & Environment, Inc. is seeking a receptionist in our corporate office in Virginia Beach, VA.
Candidates will be responsible for maintaining a cohesive and efficient office environment.
Basic office duties to include, but not limited to answering and directing phone calls; ensuring all office machines are functional; receiving and sorting incoming mail; shipping outgoing mail; maintaining office supplies.
Ensure that the administrative and organizational needs of the company are satisfied.
Candidates must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web-based applications running a variety of platforms. Should have strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to present and disseminate technical information and guidance.
Must have a minimum of 5 years + relevant experience.
