Cultural Resources Support Position 

Environmental firm seeking candidate to fill a Cultural Resources support position for the Georgia Army National Guard (GAARNG). Candidate must be highly proficient in all aspects of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), Army Regulation (AR) 200-1and other cultural resources laws and regulations.  Candidate must be able to prepare an updated Statewide Integrated Cultural Resource Management Plan (INCRMP) Update in accordance with National Guard Bureau standards. The Candidate will be required to complete 4 versions: Internal Preliminary Draft ICRMP; Stakeholder Preliminary Draft ICRMP; and Final Draft ICRMP; and final ICRMP. Candidate a graduate degree Historic preservation, Historic architecture, Archaeology or related cultural resources management field required plus one of the following:

 
·  At least two years of full-time experience in research, writing, or teaching in American architectural history or restoration architecture with an academic institution, historical organization or agency, museum, or other professional institution; or

 
·  Substantial contribution through research and publication to the body of scholarly knowledge in the field of American architectural history.
